Question 51: Source of "Tourner un philtre noir"?

Q. What is the source of the quotation in French describing the Somali women in the chapter titled "Somali Women" in Out of Africa, p. 185?:

Tes nobles jambes, sous les volants qu'elles chassent,
Tourmentent les désirs obscurs et les agacent,
Comme deux sorcières qui font
Tourner un philtre noir dans un vase profond.

A. The quotation comes from "Le Beau Navire" of Charles Baudelaire (1821-1867).

Translation:
"Your noble legs, under the drapery they chase,
Torment and agitate obscure desires
Like two witches who
Stirring a black brew in a deep vessel."

Note: There is a misspelling in Out of Africa: the line should read
"Tourner un philtre noir dans un vase profond." [not "dam"]
